COFI Manifesto for TARS
is a compilation of tears released by the members of the collective towards what we intended to do but ended up not doing.
Too distracted and occupied scrolling through our newsfeeds, we randomly picked up trending topics and included them into the show.
We are part of the avocado-selfie-deep house-activist generation.
We produce exhibitions that are simply pretending to be what they are not. Because anyway, it's all about the hype right?
Exhibitions are for the exhibitionists.
Political art is the trend, baby.
Come over, have a beer on our sofa.
... boring statements or exhibition intros ... blah blah blah .. nobody reads them...
Too many DJ's.
Put stuff on the walls that looks cool.
Find the codes and go deep into our thoughts.
Art scenes and artists. Curators and critics. Microcosm afraid of changes.
GUCCI GANG, GUCCI GANG, GUCCI GANG.
